Hey, I've been thinking about changing my major from global supply chain management to organizational behavior/human resources. Any thoughts would be appreciated!
I would say that the question is a little too general to make a good comment. I only have a very general idea of what each subject that you're considering would entail.
That being said, here are some things I might do: Assuming you have a lot of your own thoughts on each subject, start writing them down and see where that leads you. It's kind of way to organize your thoughts, I find anyway.
Also, your patriarchal blessing could provide some inspiration as well.
