So I finally found a job. I'm going to be the HR Supervisor at a Toys R Us not far from where we live, so it'll be a nice short commute. It's a progressive position as well so that means I'll end up with a lot more money and responsibility. So yay!
I have no idea on deals. Honestly, it wasn't exactly the first thing on my mind...since I was a little more concerned with "Do I get the job".
Yes, I'll be doing all the hiring for my store. There are lots of changes going on as well in the company so from what I was told, things might look very different in a couple of years...
